Cancellation Policy:
• 14 days or above: 50% of the total cost
• 07 – 14 days: 70% of the total cost
• 0 – 7 days: 100% of the total cost
• Service charges are non refundable
• No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package.
Booking Conditions:
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost to initiate a booking.
• Photocopies of the passport (First & Address Page copy is mandatory for all destinations)
• 0 – 7 days 100% of the total cost is required to confirm booking.
Payment Policy:
• Full payment is required upon confirmation of all services and before departure from India.
• In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
• The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation.
• Rates may change in the case of hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees.
• Check in time is 2pm and Check out time is 12 noon. Early check-in/ late check out is subject to availability.
